Fortune Diary Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the terms, conditions, and procedures for using the Fortune Diary service (hereinafter "Service") provided by Nasapagym Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its Members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to diary writing, 60 Sexagenary Cycle (Ganji) calendar, mood tracking, community, photo timeline, and other services provided by the Company.
2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service use agreement under these Terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
3. "Ilju" refers to the combination of the Day Stem and Day Branch based on the member's date of birth in the Four Pillars of Destiny system.
4. "Iljin" refers to the Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch combination for a given date in the 60 Sexagenary Cycle.
5. "Points" refers to virtual currency that can be earned through activities such as diary writing and ad viewing, and used for purchasing stickers within the Service.
6. "Streak" refers to the system that counts the number of consecutive days a member has written diary entries.
7. "Freeze" refers to an item used to prevent a streak from being broken.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Members.
2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.
3. Amended Terms shall be announced within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date; changes unfavorable to Members shall be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Article 4 (Execution of Use Agreement)

1. A use agreement is executed when a person wishing to become a Member agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts such application.
2. The Company may refuse to accept applications in the following cases:
   • When a person uses a false identity or another person's identity
   • When false information is provided or required information is omitted
   • When registration is deemed to significantly hinder the operation of the Service

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • Diary writing and management (text, photos, mood stickers, mood scores)
   • 60 Sexagenary Cycle (Ganji) calendar and daily information
   • Personality analysis and energy profile
   • Mood/emotion tracking and 5-dimension score statistics
   • Stickers and mood expression features (in-app purchase)
   • Community for users sharing the same Ilju (posts, comments, likes)
   • Photo timeline (EXIF location-based map display)
   • Daily card (daily motivational message)
   • Streak attendance system and point rewards
   • Partner/family registration and compatibility analysis
   • Monthly recap report
   • Charging station (points earned by watching ads)
2. The Service shall be provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.

Article 6 (Member Obligations)

1. Members shall not engage in the following activities:
   • Misusing another person's personal information
   • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
   • Interfering with Service operations or placing excessive load on systems
   • Posting obscene, violent, hateful, or other inappropriate content
   • Posting content that defames, discriminates against, or expresses hatred toward others in the community
   • Posting advertisements, spam, or false information in the community
   • Exposing another person's personal information in the community
   • Earning or trading Points through fraudulent means
   • Any other activities that violate applicable laws

Article 7 (Restriction of Service Use)

1. The Company may restrict a Member's use of the Service if the Member violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
2. The Company shall notify the Member of the reason and duration of the restriction.

Article 7-2 (Points)

1. Points are earned through diary writing rewards, ad viewing, sharing, and other activities.
2. Points can only be used within the Service for sticker purchases, streak freezes, and similar features.
3. Points cannot be refunded in cash and are non-transferable.
4. Earned Points expire 90 days after the date of earning.
5. Unused Points are forfeited upon account deletion.

Article 7-3 (In-App Purchases)

1. Sticker packs can be purchased via in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of each store.
3. Purchased stickers are non-consumable products and can be used permanently once purchased.

Article 7-4 (Community Operations)

1. The Company may monitor posts and comments to maintain a healthy community environment.
2. Content falling under the following categories may be deleted without prior notice:
   • Profanity, defamation, or hate speech
   • Obscene or inappropriate images
   • Spam, advertisements, or flooding
   • Exposure of another person's personal information
   • Any other content that violates applicable laws
3. Reported content will be reviewed by administrators, and violations may result in warnings, posting restrictions, or suspension of use.
4. Appeals against sanctions can be submitted through the in-app inquiry feature.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection)

The Company strives to protect Members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. The protection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Copyright)

1. Copyright for diary entries, posts, and other content created by Members belongs to the Members.
2. Copyright and intellectual property rights for the Service, design, logos, and other materials provided by the Company belong to the Company.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications carrier service outages.
2. The Company shall not be liable for service use disruptions caused by the Member's own fault.
3. Ganji information and energy analysis provided by the Service are reference information based on traditional culture, and the Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from reliance on such information.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws or customary practices.
2. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
